The Assessment For Learning Department supports formative assessments embedded within student instruction to provide focused, timely information about student learning.

SFPS formative assessments are designed to align with the New Mexico Common Core Grade-level Standards. Formative assessments are administered as part of a cycle of instruction and feedback in classrooms to enhance student learning.

Formative assessments are available in Reading, Language Usage, Math, and Science.
