The Construction Management Team is responsible for executing the priorities and decisions by the Board of Education on construction and maintenance of our facilities. With the Community Review Committee (CRC), the Board has outlined these priorities:
“Build for the Future.”  Our school building must be designed, not only to meet the needs of students today, but to allow for evolving educational priorities of the future.

“Finish What We Started.”  A core principle of SFPS is to make sure each completed project is fully functional.

“Go Green.”  Energy and water conservation initiatives are a significant focus. Expanding these initiatives will reduce our environmental impact and save money that goes back into the classroom. 

“Maintain Our Assets.”  This district has over 30 properties and time takes its inevitable toll.  Roofs need to be repaired and replaced, and asphalt in parking lots and stucco on buildings need upkeep.
