Mission Statement
The mission of Ramirez Thomas Elementary School is to ensure that all students demonstrate grade-level proficiency as determined by Common Core State Standards (CCSS). With this in mind, we commit to:

  • Utilize focused assessments and rigorous evaluation of data to inform our instruction.
  • Participate in continuing professional development and collaboration in order to offer the best possible learning opportunities for our students.
  • Team with and attain feedback from students, families, staff and community members.

We will accomplish our mission in an environment of trust and respect that fosters positive attitudes towards: self; others; cultural, linguistic and social differences; academic achievement; personal growth; and responsible citizenship. As a community, we will celebrate our successes.
