What We Do

The Help Desk provides a single point of contact for staff & students experiencing problems relating to PCs, Macs, mobile devices, and network connectivity. We are dedicated to providing Santa Fe Public School staff & students a professional and efficient technical support experience for all issues concerning:  

  • The main point of contact for most technology issues at Santa Fe Public Schools
  • School/District computer or mobile device questions and issues
  • Wireless connectivity
  • Computer clean-up of viruses and malware
  • Installation and maintenance of district-provided software
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hardware and software issues
  • Reset user passwords for various SFPS systems
  • Install and maintain desktop technology for faculty and staff of SFPS  

Staff & Students are encouraged to call or email the Help Desk whenever they are in need of technical support for their school/district-issued computer or Chromebook.

General Information Help Desk services are provided to current SFPS staff & students. Support is available by phone and email.

When calling the Help Desk, staff & students will be required to answer questions that will allow us to verify your identity.

During the summer months, staff & students may visit the Help Desk in person at the Technology Building. Staff & students will be required to provide a valid school ID card when they arrive at the Help Desk for support.

Help Desk Hours The Help Desk is conveniently located in the center of the Santa Fe on Cerrillos road behind the state personnel buildings.
