NMCEL logo
The New Mexico Coalition of Educational Leaders (NMCEL) is pleased to announce a scholarship opportunity for seniors who will graduate in May of 2019.  The NMCEL Board has generously allocated funding for two $3,000 scholarships to current seniors who will enroll in a college or university in the fall of 2019.  The scholarships will be distributed in $1000 increments over three semesters if the recipient continues to be enrolled in college. Click on the NMCEL logo for the criteria and guidelines for application.  Applications are due no later than February 22, 2019.  Note that preference will be given to applicants who are considering a major in the field of education whether it be teaching, counseling, business, HR, etc.

The Daniels Scholarship Program provides a four-year annually-renewable college scholarship for graduating high school seniors in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming who demonstrate exceptional character, leadership, and a commitment to serving their communities.

Scholarships support Northern New Mexico students in all fields of study, not just STEM, to attend local and out-of-state colleges and universities. Awards are offered in three categories: General 4-year Undergraduate Scholarships, Regional College/Returning (Nontraditional) Student Scholarships, and Tribal Business Scholarships, each with separate criteria and deadlines

The Redefining Ready! National Scholarship 2018 lets America’s graduating high school seniors tell the world how they are college, career, and life ready beyond a single test score. Examples include completion of an internship, AP or dual credit classes while in high school, near-perfect attendance, or participation in clubs, sports, and school activities.
