A Message from Principal Marc DuCharme

Dear Students and Families,

The start of the 2017/2018 school year is quickly approaching and the staff here at Milagro is excited!  We are looking forward to a great year!  Our hope is that you have had a restful and relaxing summer break and that given you time to recharge your batteries and are ready to take on a whole new and exciting year.   Our school supply list is posted.  Just a reminder, we will be a one-to-one school.  Every student will be issued a Chromebook to use at school and home.  Because of this we will be able to minimize the load going to and from home, and we recommend a briefcase style backpack.

We are going to have a Back to School Night BBQ  on Monday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00.  It will be a fun night to get your student schedules and PowerSchool login info, meet the staff and tour the campus.  Many of our community partners will also be available.  We will be grilling hot dogs and getting to know one another.

Ongoing communication is essential.  Parents, please ensure that all contact information is updated and accurate in PowerSchool.  And, if any contact information changes, please update as necessary.  PowerSchool is a great way to stay up-to-date on your student's attendance and grades.

The Milagro PTO will be sponsoring a school-wide collection of Box Tops.  Each Box Top turned in will earn MMS ten cents and 100% of the earnings go back to our students!  Also, start collecting the pull tabs from your aluminum cans.  All pull tabs will be counted and donated to The Ronald McDonald House.

Welcome to the 2017/2018 School Year!!!!
